I teach traditional Hatha Yoga classes with a therapeutic approach. I have several group classes available to choose from, or contact me to learn about private lessons.

Throughout the year I hold workshops where I address a specific topic such as stress management, meditation, arm/shoulder rehabilitation through yoga. Details will be posted here – so check back often.

Over a decade ago my physician suggested I try Yoga for my stress induced frozen shoulder. Over time I became physically and emotionally stronger, gained confidence and learned to calm my mind. And now I help others on their own journey.
